The front officer was very unprofessional, my driver's license was not returned after photocopying/scanning it for registration. I thought it would be returned at checkout, but it wasn't returned either, coincidentally I didn't remember because I was in a hurry to take care of the (4) family members who were staying. Unlike other hotels, after registration it was immediately returned.
I WA, eh instead I was asked to pay the shipping costs for their mistake. Even though they ended up covering the shipping costs, they were very slow to respond, it took 3 days for the shipping process. And amazingly, from the beginning until the end when I reprimanded them, they didn't apologize once. What a great service!
