The staff was friendly, the hotel room was decent, but the parking lot was a bit creepy. Breakfast was basic, not very varied, and cold. A plus was the pool on the 30th floor, which offers views of the city. Awesome.

People are tired from a long journey, the app can't convey a non-smoking note, instead they are given a smoking room, even though they are bringing 2 children.. What if the app and Horison are not in sync, they say they are certified.. Tried 3 Horison hotels in 3 areas, from Dieng, Batu and now Semarang.. In Semarang, it's sad to be given a smoking room.. Not according to the order.

I initially chose this hotel because of the Horison name, which is a standard for excellent service and facilities. The reality was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel needs major renovations. Staff need extensive training to improve service standards.

Hotel room consider spacious, clean and bright. Location and accessibility was very convinient and close to central. The room corridor looks old & bathroom need to be upgraded. Towel dirty need to be replaced.
