I really didn’t have a pleasant stay here. The staff were not as helpful or friendly as I usually experience in other WH hotels. Upon check-in, they asked for a 100,000 IDR deposit. I didn’t have any cash with me, so I offered to pay by transfer or debit card, but the staff asked me twice whether I had cash, even after I had clearly said I didn’t.
Then, when I received my room key card, it didn’t work at all. I tried tapping it on the door for about five minutes, but nothing happened. I had to go back down to the lobby and ask for help, and only after the staff came up with their own card did the door finally open.
During checkout, I also had to wait for quite a long time, much longer than in most hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, it was not a good experience and I hope the management improves their service and staff training.

Clean... Cold AC... During breakfast, we were also reminded if we hadn't had breakfast, this is the most unique thing in my opinion because in other hotels, they don't call us when breakfast is almost over.

First time staying at this hotel for business. The room is quite big in my opinion, maybe because I was given a corner room with 2 windows, 2 views facing the street. Cleanliness and bed are okay. Only the AC in my opinion is not cold enough, it seems it needs to be cleaned and serviced. And the soundproofing of the room is not good because you can hear people walking from the elevator. Overall it's still okay.
