Hotel Alma

Ruangan superior twinnya lega banget! Handuk dan spreinya wangi, lantainya bersih. Bangunan hotelnya tua. Untuk harga 200ribuan cukup baik. Ada deposito kunci 20.000. Sekitar hotel banyak jajanan, ada minimarket juga di seberangnya.

Clean. Reception was nice. Recommended hotel even star 2 but fell like hotel star 4. Thank alma hotel.

A miscellaneous purchase for random room at 26th april 2022 for a nite in 24th of december. I purchased just randomly with a discount. Fast forward on d-day came to notice the hotel did not got any reservation. After +1 hour we finally checked-in. Hotel side: my purchase was not in system. Asked us to call online agent and afterwards they say online agent didn't contact them, since they have different system. Online agent side: had to call 3 different cs (1st male, second female, last female) until they called and talked a bit with the hotel receptionist. They then noticed that the hotel booking system was strange but eventually settled the booking. Feedback: to hotel: - please be more patient and professional, they way the female receptionist handled the situation was quite obnoxious, refuting back at an upset customer (my wife) which was originally upset with online agent but cussed and made gestures that were quite provoking. She was initially professional and nice but suddenly snapped when met with a disappointed customer (my wife, which previously was someone in the CS industry and had to be patient in front of rambling customers who sometime put insults and threats in their language and way of speech). - male receptionist (that some reviews here say was less professional) was nice, although his expression looked less interested/bored and of course I understand it when you met many strange/demanding customers (apart from myself). Funning thing he was the one that stated that online agent didn't contact them. This was, of course strange just like what the 3rd online agent CS told my wife on the phone 🤔🤭. - Overall decent for * 2 hotel accommodation. - Bonus: there was cat poop in the parking lot, and when we checked out another cat was having its time pooping near the entrance of the parking lot 😰🙈. For online agent : - they attend to the complaint as professionals and patient. Although had to call 3x times for a span of more than an hour to process the check in, as the previous 2 CS gave us false hope 😢🥺☹ (told us to wait 5-15 minutes but didn't call back). - should improve handling speed of complaints in the future 🚄🚅💨. - should wisely integrated and check accommodation partner systems, as this was the only hotel that had such a complicated system (as according to online agent's own CS). Didn't had any problems with other 2 * hotels before that were outside Jakarta/java island. 🙏.

Hot water tap wasn't available. Whole building is old and looks unkept. Water kettle is so old and dirty I can't bring myself to use it, and there wasn't any water bottles as well:.

Lady at frontdesk in the morning was kind and professional unlike her male colleague in the late shift who was pathetic. The room was not clean and needs painting after black contaminations on the wall by repairs on the air conditioning.

Good and nice hotel. I'm so happy for to night.
