I booked a deluxe room, the result was I ordered a single bed but was given a twin bed because the single bed was full. Then the shower was too small the water came out, on the first day I moved in, only the hot water came out very hot, meaning it couldn't be used for bathing and the water flow was also small, as a result I reported it to the staff and after checking it turned out there was a blockage in the cold water tap hole. After being repaired, I could take a shower but the water flow was still small and the room was not soundproof, the room was close to the highway so it was very noisy from the sound of cars and motorbikes.

My first time staying here was during the holiday season and all the hotels were full. I found the Augusta Garut Hotel and got the last room, the one at the bottom of the stairs, because all the other rooms were full. The hotel is an older building, but it's well-maintained, and the staff are friendly.

A very comfortable hotel, affordable, clean, spacious, and fragrant. The staff is friendly. The only toiletries I received were a few used ones, and I was only given one tea bag with no sugar or coffee. Is that just the standard of the hotel? Even the toiletries weren't provided.
