When checking in and out, you cannot request a room: the AC is not cold, the room smells musty, the towels smell musty, there are lots of mosquitoes, the room is hot, the hotel room is dark.

It's actually ok, but the standard room on the 3rd floor doesn't have a lift. There are no tissues in the room and only 2 bars of soap.

Hotel tidak layak huni. Check ini dan diberi kamar 309 lantai 3 tapi ranjang tempat tidur alasnya dari ranjang kayu dan triplek dan alhasil saya tidur tripleknya patah. Dan untungnya ada sofa pendek di dalam kamar jadinya saya tidur disitu. Kepada Managemen Hotel Bali Makassar tolong diganti alas kasur atau alas tempat tidurnya Bapak Ibu. Sudah tidak layak digunakan. Akses lokasi masuk ke gang, wajib deposit uang tunai Rp. 100.000 dan nitip ktp asli. Debit tidak berlaku di sini sebagai deposit karena tidak ada mesin EDC. Semoga saya berkunjung ke depannya lagi tempat tidurnya sudah diganti. Terima kasih Hotel Bali Makassar. See you and top 👋 🫶.
