More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the walls, glassware, and water heater before guests enter, to ensure a more comfortable stay. Otherwise, the room is excellent. The price is very affordable, and breakfast is included. The hotel staff is friendly, and car washes are provided every morning. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free and very easy. Highly recommended for those planning a vacation to Bandung.

The service is good. Strategically located near the city. However, if there's an event on the 7th floor, it's so loud that the windows in the room vibrate. I went to the hotel intending to rest, but instead, this happened. I apologize, there should be some tolerance during the call to prayer, and the volume should be lowered.

It was actually quite comfortable, not that scary. However, there were a few issues while staying there. The AC wasn't cold, the sink was a bit clogged, and the sofa was quite dusty. So, if possible, bring some spray for those with sensitive skin. Luckily, the staff was communicative. The price was reasonable, the room was spacious, perfect for bringing the family. The food was decent, just lacking fruit.

The hotel is okay so far, strategically located and most importantly, right next to Alfamart, making it truly heaven on earth. Breakfast is mediocre, but the important thing is that my son ate heartily. Perhaps the elevator doors and elevator floors need to be fixed, and the parking lot should also be renovated so it doesn't look gloomy. The shower's water is a bit weak, and the TV's image is a bit error-prone with streaks. But overall, it's okay, thank you Hotel Benua.

In my opinion, Hotel Benua is the most ideal accommodation, even though the building looks old, it's worth it for the 300-something rupiah you get for a room that sleeps three. The room is quite clean and comfortable, comes with toiletries, mineral water, and a fairly extensive and delicious breakfast. The service, including the friendly security, is excellent. The location is strategic, easy access to culinary spots, the town square, and the Grand Mosque. I don't regret staying here; this is my second stay at Hotel Benua.

The hotel staff was friendly, the price was affordable, under Rp 300,000, and we got a deluxe room with breakfast and a wide variety of options. I was happy to get a spacious suite room, with cable TV, a refrigerator, a sofa, a dining table, and two bathrooms. Although it looks like an old hotel, I got free breakfast. However, my kids were so itchy that they needed to change their sheets the next morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is quite strategic, close to various tourist attractions and culinary delights.
