I even asked for a room on the same floor, but they said no, and then I went down another floor, but they also said no. Finally, I asked for a room on the third floor, and I got one. But I still had to wait until 3:30 PM. When I asked for a room on the same floor, it wasn't available. It turned out to be given to someone who had booked a room but hadn't paid yet. They should be more professional, right? The first person to arrive and pay the day before should be the one who gets it. Even the next day, today, I had already made a reservation for a superior room, asking for a specific room, and I wasn't given one either. The room was available, but the last check-out time was 4 PM. They even advised me to check out at 4 PM and come back. So, where should I stay? Since I already paid the previous day, Please improve the service. I'm very disappointed this time, even though I've never done anything, never complained, and I'm not fussy like the others.
