I apologize profusely for conveying this, let's start from the good things first the location is good, near the rice fields, quiet, in the morning try opening the window while contemplating also near Alfamart and there are many foods nearby so it's safe if you want to go out for a while to find food or order grabfood is also easy complete facilities, there is a TV, wifi, the AC works well now we review the less comfortable things if you are an elderly person and can't climb many stairs, or you invite someone who is elderly, this hotel is not recommended because it doesn't have an elevator, but if you can, it's okay because the stairs are not steep, so it's not too tiring then if you are a person who is very strict with cleanliness, this hotel is also not recommended. because it looks clean but in between there is a lot of dust, hair, dirt that is not cleaned properly for the bathroom: the drain is clogged, the floor, sink and toilet are not scrubbed, there are lots of dirt and hair stains for the sheets: I doubt that it has been washed, because there are still lots of stains on the bed cover and sheets the aroma is also not fragrant (it looks like it hasn't been washed and someone immediately asked to occupy it) please help, the maids are friendly and helpful just a suggestion for the hotel to have spare sheets, so that if the client asks for a change of sheets, they won't be moved to another room then every time someone checks out, it should be cleaned completely, it's a shame that the guests feel uncomfortable because the floor and sheets are dirty even though the goal is to rest but it's uncomfortable hopefully the criticism and suggestions will be accepted and improve the hotel

Nice and clean hotel, but unfortunately there are a lot of ants, so it makes it uncomfortable when putting food. Overall, it's okay. The staff is very welcoming and helps with the check-in process. Good job for Hotel Buana 🫰🏻☺️
