Hello Saurma, without reducing our respect, thank you for staying with us and apologize if there is anything that is not pleasing during your stay with us. In this case, there are several things that we need to clarify as follows: - The service provided, we apologize if it is inadequate and does not meet Saurma's expectations, we only want to clarify according to the facts on the ground where Saurma booked an Executive room from July 10th - July 11th for 4 rooms and according to the rules it is 8 adults including breakfast of course. However, during the visit there were 10 people staying which we found out the next day and one of the guests still asked for additional breakfast from our employees. Of course, this has violated hotel regulations and the 2 people were claimed as children by their parents who are actually teenagers from their stature. Without reducing our respect, we did not impose any fines on Saurma and chose to ignore this. We hope that in the future there will be no more incidents like this that harm each other. Thank you :)
