The front desk was friendly and responsive. Upon entering, the room was a bit stuffy, and the towels looked a bit dirty. The door handle was a bit broken.

Because the service is 1000% very friendly and good, starting from the receptionist, security, and staff even the manager are all very friendly, and the food is very delicious, all the food is delicious, it is very comfortable even though the quality of the room is lacking, but it doesn't matter because of the friendliness of all the staff. This hotel only has 2 floors, no elevator, at first glance it looks small but it turns out to be big, spacious, the facilities are complete, swimming pool, karaoke, cafe bar, prayer room, complete. Overrated. 1. The AC wasn't cooling. It was fixed, but it still wasn't cooling. I changed rooms, but the other two rooms weren't cooling either. 2. The towels were slightly yellow. 3. The swimming pool was cloudy. 4. The food wasn't very varied.

We arrived at almost 3 p.m., but they said the rooms weren't ready yet and we had to wait. After waiting half an hour, two rooms were ready, and the other room had to wait until the afternoon. When we got to the rooms, the toiletries were all empty, and the soap was gone after the first use. The electricity in one room kept tripping, going on and off. The AC in room 1 wasn't cold, so we were probably as hot as a boarding house in a hotel. It would have been better if there was a fan in the boarding house.

It could be a good choice for those looking for a hotel in Cilacap. The rooms are so-so, but I'd love the excellent breakfast. The location is also close to everything, especially the train station and Cilacap town square. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.

It's quite comfortable, but the service and cleanliness of the hotel area need to be improved. When it rains, the area connecting the rooms on the second floor gets muddy, dirty, and quite dangerous. Restaurant staff should always be on standby, and empty food and cutlery should be refilled promptly, as I waited quite a while for them to be filled.
