A very pleasant experience! 2 adults and 2 children. I booked a suite room, the room is spacious. There is a water heater plus standard hotel amenities. There is a mattress and seating area for just relaxing. The Queen Bed type mattress, for four people is a bit narrow, but you can order an extra bed for 250k, including breakfast, or if you are okay with sleeping on the sofa, lol. Because it is spacious, it can also be used for praying. The bathroom is okay so far, spacious, hot water is running, you get the usual toiletries. For the TV, it is not a smart TV, but a TV with international channels. Tip: if you want to book a suite room, request one with a balcony. For the executive type room in front of the pool. Service: Very friendly! Starting from the security guard, receptionist, janitor, technician, and the staff on duty during breakfast. All are helpful, informative, and smiley. Breakfast: Delicious and quite a lot of variety. Breakfast from 6:00-10:00. There is an extra charge for: ages 0-5 years free, under 10 years 35k, 10 years and adults: 70k. Very worth the price! Location: My favorite thing is the location! It's easily accessible, easy to get to town, and Turtle Bay Beach is also very close. There's an Alfamart in front of the hotel and a variety of food stalls, though not as numerous as the town square, but enough to fill your stomach.

Not friendly for the elderly, as they have difficulty climbing stairs. Notes on room cleanliness: dust is still present. Bathroom corners and sinks are lacking in cleanliness. Do not give worn-out towels (those that have changed color). Even though I noted this in the app, the information was not reflected in the hotel system.

The Wi-Fi was very slow. The cleanliness was poor, with the previous occupant's towel still left in the bathroom. The atmosphere was dirty.

The AC is hot, executive but got a room at the end and near the exhaust so it was noisy.

The front desk was friendly and responsive. Upon entering, the room was a bit stuffy, and the towels looked a bit dirty. The door handle was a bit broken.

All the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious and varied, so you won't get bored. The hotel is located close to the city center, close to Indomaret, Alfamart, and other eateries.

Several times staying here never disappoints.

Overrated. 1. The AC wasn't cooling. It was fixed, but it still wasn't cooling. I changed rooms, but the other two rooms weren't cooling either. 2. The towels were slightly yellow. 3. The swimming pool was cloudy. 4. The food wasn't very varied.

Staff is not friendly, room is very dirty

We arrived at almost 3 p.m., but they said the rooms weren't ready yet and we had to wait. After waiting half an hour, two rooms were ready, and the other room had to wait until the afternoon. When we got to the rooms, the toiletries were all empty, and the soap was gone after the first use. The electricity in one room kept tripping, going on and off. The AC in room 1 wasn't cold, so we were probably as hot as a boarding house in a hotel. It would have been better if there was a fan in the boarding house.

It was very bad, dirty, dusty, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling of the room.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel service was fast and friendly when we had any questions or complaints. The hotel is also close to Turtle Bay Beach 🫶🏻😁
