Honestly the most uncomfortable Dafam I've ever been to. Room: tolerable. No issues with the bed but there are ants coming from the head board. Some of the floors aren't cemented properly so they move when you walk on them. There are also some marks on the wall due to the humidity. Staff: great service, helpful staff. No complaints. Food: breakfast started out good. Tasty food with great selection. However, when I wanted to eat bread with some jam, I found that there was a bug in the jam. Ruined the experience for me. I have notified the staffs about our complaints when I was checking out and we received an apology. However, a review is a review and I'm telling it as it is.

The room is very spacious, clean, smells good, neat. There is a city view too. TV works well, warm water is also accompanied by amenities. Very good! Thank you Ms. Yuli.

I really enjoy all the services at this hotel, the hotel people are very friendly. The view is really fitting to see the beautiful tassel bridge. Very highly recommended, the only drawback is that in the toilet there are small black caterpillars. The rest is very satisfying. Thank you Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru.
