First experience staying at Gran Mahakam, a hotel that is located close to Plaza Blok M & the surrounding culinary center is highly recommended as a staycation option. The concept of Exterior & Interior that gives a vintage impression is very well maintained with cleanliness + quality. The service provided is very satisfying when you can feel the sensation Sauna after swimming in the morning, when I haven't been able to taste the pleasure of cooking breakfast at the restaurant. The condition of the room & interior is still very good even though the television channel I want is not found "Animal Planet / National Geographic". But it doesn't change the impression of comfort & friendliness along with the quality of the hotel that I received.

The check-in process is easy, there is a 500k deposit, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is standard 4-5 star hotel, the equipment is all sterile using plastic, ordering food via online is also easy to stay out next to the Mahakam koi. Overall nice staycation in Gran Mahakam

Strategic location. The interior is very elegant, the swimming area is good. Happy staycation there, unfortunately I can't ask for a late check out there.

The room is not too big, the bed is said to be king size, the size is small. Not too clean either because under the bed there are two used tissues who knows when :( stayed 4 hours 3 nights here and used tissue is still under the bed. Satisfactory service, all hotel staff are very friendly with smiles and greetings to guests. They are also helpful .

The hotel is very good, clean and all the staff from security guards to house keeping and receptionists and all other employees are very friendly. always greeted whenever met anywhere. I really like the interior of the hotel lobby, when December approaches Christmas, there are lots of beautiful photo spots, such as Christmas tree decorations and others. this hotel is really top, I want to come back next time, if there is a promo.
