Staying at the Gren Alia Hotel, God willing, was good, the rooms and the hotel environment were nice and clean. Alhamdulillah, there is a mosque on the M floor for 5 daily prayers, a good Sharia atmosphere. However, if I may give a suggestion, I would like to ask for one thing that was lacking when staying at the Gren Alia Hotel, namely the lack of smiles and greetings from the reception staff, the staff who were packing up during breakfast, and the men who were wearing suits when entering the breakfast room. What needs to be added is for all hotel staff to be friendly and don't forget to SMILE, because smiling is worship. I apologize in advance. Hopefully, in the future, we will all be better.

Family rooms have access to a private indoor pool, which is very convenient, especially for Muslim families. The kids will also enjoy the water park and various children's play areas. Worth the price. Thank you.

1. What's special is that the hotel has a mosque that regularly prays five times a day, and has a regular muezzin and imam, allowing for congregational prayer. 2. Each room also has a prayer mat and a copy of the Quran. 3. The location is relatively strategic, only 1 km from Gambir Station.

There are several points I want to emphasize: 1. Please state that this is a Sharia-compliant hotel, not a regular hotel. 2. If guests are not allowed to wear sexy clothing, PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE RULES! I was very unhappy with the staff who looked at my wife and her friend with disdain because they were wearing revealing clothing. How come the security guard was more polite than the hotel staff? 3. I checked in, but my wife and her female friend, who were actually staying there, were asked questions that indirectly assumed they were escorts. And please note, I was not staying with them. 4. The check-in process was fast and friendly with smiles because I checked in. However, when checking out, the staff were not friendly at all because my wife was wearing revealing clothing.
