Hotel Indigo BANDUNG DAGO PAKAR by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I was here for family staycation. The staff was friendly, but i want to suggest that the kids activity should be prepared before the schedule. For example: there was mini golf activity for kids scheduled at 11AM. I was come on time but it has not yet be prepared and I have to wait for the staff to come and do the preparation

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The service was excellent. There was a long queue for breakfast, but the friendly staff immediately helped us find a comfortable place to eat. The food was delicious. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly, from security to cleaning staff. Excellent service 👍

FO: No welcome drink. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, even though the app said 2:00 PM. They told us they would call us when the room was ready. By 2:45 PM, no one had called, and we were at Kids Kancil. We asked to call FO to see if the room was ready, but it was. Sigh. Room 1230 was in a corner and far from the elevator. We asked to move rooms. A lower floor was fine, but FO offered to upgrade for an additional 1.5 million Rupiah. Sigh (very unsolicited and didn't want the hassle). Then the FO staff asked for time to discuss with the Sales Representative, Mr. Dimas, and we were helped to a room closer to the elevator. Thank you. ROOM: Bathroom: Amenities were the same as at VOCO (soap, shampoo, etc., the only difference being that the Pepsodent toothpaste was a bit larger). Perhaps because we're both IHGs, there was no wow factor. It should be a different class. Bedroom: I got two pillows with torn pillowcases (what star rating is this?) Huh, after complaining, Mr. Marcheliano (the MOD that night) helped me replace them and gave me hard pillows. I don't know what that means, because they weren't necessary. Restaurant: Breakfast was varied and delicious, all befitting the star rating, and the restaurant staff was quick to help. If I needed help, they were very supportive because I brought small children. I was offered tea/coffee when I first sat down. Thank you. The lack of outdoor seating was due to the abundance of flies, especially in the egg corner. If there weren't any flies, it would have been more comfortable because the view was great. Swimming pool: The water was warm, very kid-friendly, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very helpful, including when I informed the technician that there was stagnant dirty water in the flush toilet. They informed the technician and it was immediately resolved. Thank you. Kids' corner: Kancil, spacious and clean, with toilets available, a variety of toys, and the staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Parking: Quite a long walk, and you have to transfer to the elevator to get to the lobby and elevator. Much improvement is needed to ensure that the hospitality and rooms match its star rating.

The best hotel is really cool, access is so-so, but the atmosphere is really really great

The hotel has a modern concept, modern interior but does not leave behind the traditional, the lobby chairs that lift Mount Tangkuban Perahu are a brilliant idea, as are the lobby pillars as good as the Juanda Bandung forest concept, the room is clean and the view is extraordinary, thank you to the staff who gave me a birthday surprise, the staff are also friendly and ready to help.

hotel's room was really cozy, hotel's facilities was good, very good service, . unfortunately the taste of the Asian food was far from 5 stars hotel standard (hope to be improved).
