Hotel yang nyaman, menyenangkan, dan memuaskan. Kamar terawat, bersih, dan rapi. Walaupun bukan hotel baru, kondisi furniture kamar seperti furniture baru. Kawasan hotel cukup tenang, daerah perumahan, dan dekat perkantoran, sangat nyaman seperti di rumah/apartemen sendiri. Staff friendly dan helpful, sekitar hotel ada beberapa tempat makan, di hotel ada ATM, juga tidak jauh ke Top 100 pusat oleh-oleh, ke bandara tidak jauh. Strategis lokasinya. Insyaallah bila ke Batam lagi, menginap-nya di Hotel Kaliban Batam lagi.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean, so when we arrived, it was already clean and tidy without us having to ask. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very comfortable.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the beginning of check-in to check-out, all processes went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with complete facilities such as AC, TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom.
The hotel atmosphere is very calm, perfect for resting after a day of activities. The location is also strategic, close to various tourist attractions and culinary centers. The breakfast provided is very varied and delicious, with a choice of local and international menus.

Batam. Hang Nadim Airport is also close. We didn't get to taste the breakfast because at 06 we had to cross to Singapore, the room was clean, the AC was cold and there was a remote so it could be quipped. Hotel staff are friendly. BNI ATM is right near the entrance of the hotel that wants to stay comfortably at a cheap price at this hotel. We will stay here again if we go to Batam.

The room looks less bright, the water in the sink splashes out, maybe the sink is not deep enough, and the worst... breakfast, minimal variety, fried rice looks like rice that is only given soy sauce, the utensils for serving rice look dull... It's different from when I stayed at the Kaliban hotel some time ago... Please improve, I gave you a suite room... but it is equivalent to a standard room in another hotel... Sorry.

The staff was helpful and provided good service. The check-in process was straightforward, and certain room types received a snack box upon check-in.
The hot water in the bathroom needs improvement; it sometimes worked hot and sometimes didn't, possibly due to a limitation.
Before checking out, I received an SMS regarding the rental period. It stated that the electricity would be turned off 30 minutes before checkout time. This made it seem like I had to check out immediately, but in reality, the electricity remained on until the designated checkout time.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
