Affordable price. Strategic location in the city center. The room is very spacious. Old hotel but well maintained. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean and fragrant towels. Got amenities too. Breakfast is okay for that price.

The staff and employees are quite friendly, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved and the bathroom please add exhaust so it is not stuffy. The location is very strategic, near the town square, near the food shopping center and on the main road.

THE HOTEL IS GREAT, CHEAP AND CHEERFUL, THE BREAKFAST IS DELICIOUS, NOT CHEAP, BASICALLY IT'S THE BEST.... it's just that the room is not soundproof enough, that's all. The rest is worth it, KUMALA HOTEL JAYA JAYA JAYA.

From the outside, the hotel is nice but once you enter the floor of the room, the atmosphere is quiet and the lighting is lacking. My sensitive child, when he entered the bedroom, immediately screamed in fear and cried hysterically. The room curtains were torn, the bed sheets were a bit musty, the bathroom was rusty and didn't smell good. The app has 4 stars but the reality doesn't match the rating

for the service, they are friendly but the sheets and blankets have blood stains 🥲
I'm disappointed why something like that is still used, then there is a dirty one when it is perfumed it smells of urine 😭😭🙏
Hopefully in the future it can be better, always be successful.
