The receptionist at check-in was very dirty, the check-out was friendly, the window was dusty, the bathroom was slippery, for 2 people but 1 towel, drinking water was initially given 1 then the complaint was added 1 more, but the towel was not added. Breakfast is also not interesting.

Kuning2 stained towel, white is not clean, wifi only in the lobby downstairs with depressing speed, broken shower hose so the shower using tap, no shower cebok in WC, TV quality pathetic.

Hotel less clean plus air-conditioning refrigerant not cold at all. can lock the room once cleared was not cleaned as they are staying. It was nice not want to go back to stay at the hotel matoa.
