hot water and wifi in the room did not work. room was not clean. only 1 menu for breakfast, even coffee was not provided with sugar. at least receptionists smile.

The room doesn't have wifi, it has been explained that there is wifi, you can get it from the 3rd floor. But that's impossible because I was on the 4th floor and couldn't get it at all.
