The location is strategic, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance are less than ideal. There was a problem with the room door, and the room phone didn't work, making it difficult to ask for help. There were also no slippers. The restroom near the reception was also dirty; upon entering, there was still dirt that hadn't been cleaned. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future.

The hotel is strategically located, easy to get to everywhere. The food is delicious, especially the pecel lele (catfish pecel) and pecel bebek (beef pecel) in front of the hotel, which are really delicious. The staff are friendly, all very helpful both during check-in and check-out. Even when it comes to changing rooms, they immediately help. Only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The floor is still a bit dirty and the sheets are already faded and the towels don't smell good. Cleanliness should be improved further, I'm sure guests will return to this hotel. The Wi-Fi is also a bit slow, so it keeps disconnecting on the smart TV. Thank you...
