Strategic location near the toll road, but the food is not up to par for a 3-star hotel. Rooms are not very clean.

It's a shame the room wasn't very clean, with lots of cobwebs and dirty sheets. It smelled of cigarettes when we entered, even though we requested a non-smoking room. The location is strategic, and the staff is friendly. Hopefully, this can be improved. Thank you...

Many thanks to the hotel staff. It was a very memorable stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the hot water worked well. The food we ordered was delicious too.

The location is very strategic, unfortunately the room lights are too dim so you can't read, besides that the room is not soundproof, the cleanliness of the sheets needs to be improved... but the most important thing is the lights...

Strategic location, comfortable, clean

The room is spacious, and it's strategically located close to Pool Travel and the new Bandung D'Botanica mall. There are just a few spots that are a bit dirty and dusty. Otherwise, it's okay.

The hotel is strategically located, but unfortunately the room is uncomfortable. The sink leaks and leaks onto the floor.

I happened to stay in the Chrisant Suite. The facilities were great, clean, and very comfortable. It had its own floor, making it very private. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a rare plus for budget hotels with such good service. Every car that stayed there was thoroughly washed. It's close to the toll road, supermarket, restaurants, and several souvenir shops, so you can walk. Even though it's right on the main road, it's not noisy with traffic. A budget hotel with good facilities in the city center. I enjoyed staying here. Thank you very much.

I came with my husband and two children (ages 14 and 6) to simply rest before returning home. We checked in around 5 p.m. and planned to check out no later than 7 a.m. However, while we were resting, we heard inappropriate noises coming from the next room. Initially, my husband complained to the receptionist about the next room. However, after only five minutes of our complaint, the inappropriate noises returned. We complained again, even requesting a room change, but the hotel staff claimed all rooms were occupied. Once the noises returned, we complained again and even asked security to knock on the next room. However, our warnings were completely ignored, and the next room continued its activities, even louder. We finally decided to give in and check out around 2 a.m. to protect our children.

maybe for the staff to start greeting with a warm smile to the visitors... and in room 2130. there is no mat provided for leaving the bathroom. so it's a bit wet when leaving the toilet
