There is a direct airport shuttle service, which is quite helpful.

Don't expect too much, at least there's a phone charger when we switch phones. We didn't expect much from the price anyway.

The bathroom smells of urine, the mattress is dirty, there are lots of mosquitoes, the room is dirty.

The room was very dirty like a pigsty, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed or changed. There was no AC, only a dirty fan, the bathroom was dirty, the water was cloudy, smelly, there were lots of worms and cockroaches, the toilet was clogged, there was no soap.

The AC isn't cold. There are no towels.

The hotel staff at check in were not friendly.

The photos on the Traveloka app do not match the ones at the location. Please update the photos, the toilets are dirty, even though the price is cheap, don't ignore the cleanliness, thank you

The picture is misleading. Not updated. If it's bad it's okay because it's cheap, but the picture is not representing the real room. Water is very dirty, I'm not using the bathroom at all.

The Spot On Double that was booked had AC, but was given a room with a fan instead. If it was full, why wasn't it updated in the app?

No AC, even though the order said AC. TV is broken. Dirty bathroom.

not really recommended to stay here!! the photos on the app and the real thing are very different, the water is dirty + smelly after taking a shower the body becomes sticky, the bathroom and bed are also very dirty as can be seen from these photos. the bathroom door and the room door cannot be closed with the key. when checking in the staff also asked for the remaining bill from their app, so the discounted one on traveloka they asked for the remaining bill but I didn't want to pay because the facilities and services weren't worth it. the staff also didn't have the initiative to lift my stuff, I requested a room on the 1st floor because I had a lot of stuff but I was given a room on the 2nd floor and didn't help lift it at all. the room was very hot huhu even though I turned on the fan it was still very hot.

The bathroom is dirty, there are small worms in the bucket, the door to the room is broken, the bathroom door is also broken. It will be fixed again for customer convenience.

The water is small, often turns off. Hopefully it will be improved again.

the hotel lobby was dirty and dusty. when I wanted to check in, the room had just been cleaned. so I had to wait. when I entered the room, it was still dirty, there was still a lot of dust, the floor was dirty, there were a lot of spiderman nests. what was being cleaned? spirits? . when I saw the toilet, wow. like a place to test my courage in another world. dark and scary. the toilet floor was dirty and dusty. the water smelled. the toilet was clogged. so I had to hold in my shit. the toilet door was broken.
