Hotel O Gambir Near Juanda Station Formerly Bunga Dahlia

The room is okay too.. it's quite clean and the AC is cold.. the bathroom is quite clean for a backpacker hotel and it's close to Pasar Baru and the city center.. if it's for backpackers it's quite recommended.. the only drawback is that the hotel's location is in an alley and can't be seen.. there are no hotel directions so you have to ask security or local residents.. hopefully the hotel can add hotel directions on the road.

The bed wasn't clean, the lighting was dim, but the water was quite strong... and access was at the back of the complex... There was no offer of room cleaning... and after being asked to clean the room, it wasn't done... I asked for a replacement mattress because there were lots of blood stains... the employee's excuse was, "It was already like that from the laundry..." 🤔... but I had to stay there because I was forced to. And it's highly not recommended...

When booking a room, all the available ACs were broken... And more than 1 room... And the information was that the AC was broken even before the booking date in the application.

The elevator automatically shut down via the emergency stairs, but the stairs were dark, there were no lights, and there was no information that the gates closed at 8 pm.

Even the ladle is not available, the toilet is broken.

To be honest, my expectations were too high because I knew Hotel Bunga-bunga used to be a colorful building (as pictured). It turns out they've moved to the back of the building due to a different management. I was shocked when I discovered it was an alley. Because I checked in at night, the gate to the hotel was already closed, and I had to find another way. Upon arrival, the receptionist was okay, but the elevator wasn't working. The room didn't have all the amenities, and there was no drinking water. I'd booked a two-night staycation, but I only stayed for one night. I was disappointed and ended up changing hotels. Even though the price was cheap, at least they had the amenities. If this were the case, I'd be a disappointed customer who didn't have time to read the reviews because they'd just believed it.

There were no towels, mats, soap, drinking water, etc. The photos were also different. The one displayed was the front of the hotel, but it turned out to be the back. The alley was narrow.

It's very bad because there is no access to the hotel so we have to go around with photos that don't match the original, the photos used are photos of other hotels and this is fraud.

Not as expected. Not as per the photo. The location is in a small alley. There is no parking space. In the room the sheets are dirty, there is no blanket, no toiletries, no mat. There is also a trash can only in the bathroom. Then when going out, you have to go around first because the alley near the hotel entrance is closed.

Very Bad Experience, dirty sheets, no blankets, lots of mites, I itched sleeping there, no doormat in the room, no trash can in the room. Scary location.

The receptionist who is originally from Pati/Tegal, I forgot, can speak Javanese, is kind and helpful. He was willing to leave things for us when we went to Pasar Baru. The downside: The photo and the original are different. This hotel is not on the side of the road near the river but behind it, a straight road then into small alleys and the road is muddy. Imagine having to walk carrying bags and suitcases. The hotel is small and cannot accommodate vehicles. When I wanted to check in, it took a long time, even though I had booked but when I checked it wasn't there (either it was closed or what about my booking because it was outside of predictions, it should have arrived at dawn but I arrived at 10.30). I deliberately booked here just to transit for a few hours. Finally I was able to enter the room after waiting a few minutes. The room was stuffy and dirty with dust, the mattress and sheets were dirty, the bathroom was also not maintained. The AC also has to be asked by the guy in front to turn it on because the remote is in front, not in the room 😭 This hotel used to be connected to the one in front. But the information is that due to one reason or another, the connecting road was closed so you have to go through the back and go around a small alley. The point is, if it's just for transit, it's not a problem, but if you're staying overnight, just skip it.

The photos shown do not match the original, the original is in another hallway, they said there is no longer one management, the staff is very unfriendly, there are no towels, my friend had to move 3 times because the AC was not good, the closet was not good, the door was broken.

It felt like I was pranked. The hotel didn't match the one in the photo. So there were 2 Bunga hotels in that area. The photo used a photo of a hotel on the side of the road. While the real hotel was in a small alley. The floor was dusty. The sheets were dusty. The place was small. Luckily the intention was only to transit, not stay overnight.

The room needs to be cleaned again, there are bed bugs.

The staff was quick, at the time of check-in, so it didn't take long to wait. To go up to the upper floor, there was an elevator, which was quite helpful, because at that time my leg was sore.

the location of the hotel is very good, except the room is not worthy to be called a hotel my first experience staying in a hotel that has a lot of fleas and also the pillows, mattresses and sheets are dirty i booked 2 nights but I didn't finish my stay at the hotel, I moved to another hotel because it was dangerous, I was afraid that when I slept the fleas could enter my ear holes hajajjj thank you

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, Rp50 thousand deposit, when checking out early in the morning they said they would transfer it, but they didn't... the place is in a narrow alley. Cheap but not worth it. The towels are very brown.

It's quite convenient, in the city center too, so it's nice to be anywhere.

The distance from the hotel to Juanda Station and Istiqlal Mosque is very close
