Dirty room curtains & beddings, AC not cool enough, stairways steep, no hot water, clogged bathroom sink, definitely not recommendable

The room was stuffy, there was a lot of dust, the bathroom door was broken, and the service was unfriendly.

Just about to enter, I was greeted by a girl in inappropriate clothing, and the terrace was dirty, even though it was cheap, cleanliness should be prioritized, then I had to pay a 100 thousand rupiah security deposit. This was the first time I stayed and paid a security deposit, even though it was returned, but why was that, I already paid for the accommodation. 176 thousand rupiah for a stay without breakfast, I don't think it was worth what we received, the bathroom door didn't close and open, the AC water dripped heavily inside the room which made the room wet, the walls were made of plywood so the sound from next door could be heard.

There are many stray cats inside and outside even though the rules prohibit bringing pets. There are cats defecating indiscriminately in the room. The room is not very clean. There is a lot of trash and insects under the bed. There is only one bottle of drinking water. Staying for more than a day is not cleaned and there is no drinking water and soap. You have to ask for it and only get one. It is useless to leave a message because it is not carried out. The reception desk is often empty with no one there.

lots of cats and smelly because of indiscriminate defecation. the rules prohibit bringing pets but in fact they keep stray cats, allowing the cats to come in and sleep on the ground and upper floors, on the front cafe chairs and into the air-conditioned room. for stays of more than a day our room did not get cleaning service, drinking water and soap had to be asked for and only given 1 600 ml bottle. asking for another one had to wait until the afternoon and we rushed to buy it outside. the room was dirty.. under the bed there was a lot of trash and thick dust. the towels were not absorbent. forced to stay there because we haven't found another place close to anywhere.

It doesn't match what is shown in the picture, it's very dirty and the place is inadequate, especially the toilet door.

The staff is friendly and it's quite good for that price.

Comfortable, clean, and close to food shopping area

please help maintain the cleanliness of the hotel room. there are so many animals, from the height of the room wall to the bed, on the sides of the hotel curtains. I stayed for 1 night but couldn't sleep, my whole body was covered in bites from these bed animals.

Staff is okay, easy to find food, close to the mall.

Great, cheap, comfortable, clean rooms, close to wherever you want to go.

I requested to bring a child but the one I was given was too small.

The location near my office. Easy to travel

The room is empty, there is no wardrobe, no chair, the bed is full of dirty hair, the door is hard to close, there is water seepage, it is not suitable for habitation,.,.
