A great and convenient hotel, facility also above ok, clean and comfort ambiance, helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel staff regret not have a chance for taking any picture inside of the room, same quality from reality and picture display. Near from central culture of Medan such as Maimun Palace and Masjid Raya you can using transport becak with reasonable price. Various of food near the hotel with tasty flavour. Pleasant and nice place to stay . Thanks OS Residence. Hopefully see you again in our next trip. xoxo

The TV still frequently malfunctions, toiletries are missing, and room cleaning is subpar (sheets are dirty). My guest has been staying here for over 3 weeks, so please be considerate. Thank you.

The receptionist seems to be underpaid, most of them are looking for money to come in. The 100 thousand deposit was lost because of a cigarette butt in the bathroom. If possible, the receptionist should be replaced, most of them are looking for loopholes to take the deposit money. Suggestion for the hotel to replace them. Thank you :)

It is not worthy to be called a hotel. Don't book here. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be asked for additional costs for the room. They said the application price and the direct price are different. The room is very dirty and smelly
