The rooms are not clean, not prepared before guests arrive, the air conditioner is not cold, the AC remote is out, the sprey mattress and pillows are rarely replaced so it smells.

I rent the Duplex room, because I want to stay in a bigger room, and it's really surprise me that a duplex room means I got 2 room (1 with double bed, and 1 with twin bed). I thinks Ayu Guna inn need to change their description on Duplex room so costumer really understand that they rented 2 rooms. The room are old, no TV, no Wifi, no Hot Water, it's just bed, cupboard, air conditioner and rest room. But the staff is really helpful and full of smiles. They helped me a lot and give a great services.

Old his hotel building, on the corner of the room there was even a former hitam2 long as the rooms are not occupied. Lighting in the garden of the hotel may be added so that the lighter so that it felt not sinister. We checked in at night and there was only one guard at the front desk staff. The tap water in a small bathroom and no tv in the room. Plusnya points although the road to the quiet but the location is very close to padang padang beach, can be reached by foot. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel which can be tried ranging from traditional to western food.
