Service is not good, bathroom is dirty, sink cannot be used, AC is not cold.

The rooms are not clean, not prepared before guests arrive, the air conditioner is not cold, the AC remote is out, the sprey mattress and pillows are rarely replaced so it smells.

Good palce to stay away from the crowd, quiet place and you can feel the ocean breeze right from your door step.

Awesome for romantic trip, has two swimming pool.

For traveler who wants to feel the other side of Bali (suluban beach area).

The room's lights are dim, the bathroom door is broken, it doesn't match the picture.

Including clean but needs to be improved again cleanliness. Staff is friendly, place is spacious.

I rent the Duplex room, because I want to stay in a bigger room, and it's really surprise me that a duplex room means I got 2 room (1 with double bed, and 1 with twin bed). I thinks Ayu Guna inn need to change their description on Duplex room so costumer really understand that they rented 2 rooms. The room are old, no TV, no Wifi, no Hot Water, it's just bed, cupboard, air conditioner and rest room. But the staff is really helpful and full of smiles. They helped me a lot and give a great services.

Lack of cleanliness and improved

Standard room is lacking. We had moved rooms 3 times. First room because AC is less cold. Our second room because the water did not come out. The bathroom is less than clean.

The room is not clean although the garden is nice, some facilities that are written isn't available..

Old his hotel building, on the corner of the room there was even a former hitam2 long as the rooms are not occupied. The tap water in a small bathroom and no tv in the room. Plusnya points although the road to the quiet but the location is very close to padang padang beach, can be reached by foot. SODAR for cleanliness and look really good especially who want a quiet atmosphere and offing padetnya city. but unfortunately less specific location information I had to ask sm alternating the location for nyari quite difficult.

The bathroom was dirty, smelly, many nests laba2, dirty sheets, dirty room, but pretty close to Padang-Padang, after the disappointment of the condition of the rooms yes okay to enjoy the beautiful Padang-Padang.

Its just good. fast response when the lamp died. quite nice place. clean. but not as bright as on the pictures.
