for that price the hotel is quite good, the location is close to tourist attractions, the view is very beautiful, the hotel has a swimming pool with clean water, spacious parking, friendly staff, some rooms have been renovated nicely and are clean, facing the beautiful view, but the rooms available for the traveloka application are old, need renovation, the lights are dim, the cupboard doors are loose, the bathroom is dirty

very bad, the first time regretting renting a hotel at traveloka, the view is okay, but the service is very bad, the cleanliness is also bad, and the security is also bad, the staff is very indifferent and doesn't care, they are also very unprofessional, in the room next to the bed I found a bare cable which I asked the staff they were not sure whether the cable was active or not, then I asked for a test pen they made many excuses in the end because they were afraid the staff took the initiative to cover it with yellow duct tape and the cover was also not very proper so it was still dangerous, I was afraid because I brought a small child, the cleanliness is also very bad, I just found out that if you book through the application there is no water heater facility or the water heater is deliberately turned off, the water makes you itchy, the mattress is hard like a rock, the point is this is my worst experience while using Traveloka.

I have already told the receptionist that the guest in the next room is drying their clothes there, I don't expect much with the cheap price but at least it's clean, the room is quite good.. the bathroom here has very cold water WITHOUT hot water. so don't be surprised if the water is cold when washing your face or cleaning yourself because it's stone haha, the rest is quite good. only the bathroom needs to be fixed. the hose suddenly comes off, the sink tap suddenly squirts

check in with family suites room type but when asked at the front office how many people. I answered 2 it turned out we were given a room with one bed with room conditions like a hotel entrance. the bathroom was very inadequate and we complained finally given a family room but still not worthy of being called a hotel because the remote bed was very dirty and dusty. the bathroom was only given a small bucket like in prison. there was no hot water there were cockroaches in the room. towels were also mediocre

Affordable price. Strategic location on the side of the road. There is a swimming pool. Affordable restaurant in the hotel. Mountain view. No toiletries except 1 bar of soap. The facilities are inadequate, especially for the bathroom. The water heater is not working. The sink no longer has a drain. The toilet is also shabby. The room door makes a sound all night long. It seems like many of the hinges are loose. I pray that the building can be renovated, it will definitely be better so it doesn't look shabby and scary. Thank you Victory Hotel 🙏
