Hi Traveloka and good readers, I was very surprised to find out that this Villa was beyond expectations. 1.) From the Google Maps location, the villa name and address were no longer correct, so it could only be found by asking local residents. 2.) When checking in, I was very surprised that this Villa did not accept bookings through applications such as Traveloka. I also accidentally met another booking through the Agoda application who had paid in full for 3 nights. We were both rejected from checking in from the application. Finally, I decided to pay cash to the owner for 100 thousand for the price per night. 3.) Hey Traveloka, from the information provided by the owner, he had previously submitted a deletion request from the application. But it was rejected, so many were deceived and their reviews were negative because they could not be refunded. Why is this still allowed?

I have booked a room via Traveloka. However, when I checked in, I experienced problems, the hotel said the rooms were full via the application. If I still want to stay, I will be charged an additional fee of 200-350 thousand on the grounds that the application price does not match what Villa Hardi expected. He does not accept guests via the application on the grounds that the rooms are full, even though there are still 5 empty rooms. The location is very difficult to reach because the map point does not match the location, the map point is in the forest. For visitors who bring cars, it is highly discouraged because the location and road access are not possible. Please help Traveloka for the refund process, and follow up so that hotel guests are not harmed in terms of time or finances. Thank you

It seems that this hotel is just a place to stop because according to the price, if you check in at midnight, you may not find the hotel guard and you can be overwhelmed. The location is in an alley, no drinking water, the advantages are that the water in the bathroom is smooth and clean, don't expect more because according to the price, we are at this hotel only to put our suitcases and go to Bromo.
