It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. Overall, it was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I happened to visit on November 1-2, 2025, and it was raining. The next morning, my car was washed and wiped clean by the hotel staff (free of charge). I originally booked twin beds, but upon check-in, I exchanged them for a king-size bed and was well-served. I added an extra bed for 250,000 Rupiah, which included a breakfast coupon. All amenities were complete (for three people) and clean. I liked this hotel because the bathroom had strong water, was clean, and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Things that were lacking and need improvement: - Noise >> Because I was placed in room 706, close to the elevator, people walking around and voices could be heard very clearly from the room. - Breakfast >> I didn't like it; there were quite a lot of choices, but the taste was lacking. I ate at 8:30 a.m. and many of the rooms were already empty and hadn't been refilled. Second, I tried the snails, and they were a bit smelly (fishy and putrid, making me want to vomit); the fried fish wasn't very fresh either (it was mushy and had a foul odor, making it inedible). Hopefully, the food at the restaurant will be better.
