Every time we're on business, if there are still rooms available, we always stay here.
The only downside is that there's no place to leave packages or food if we order online when we're not at the hotel. The staff won't accept the packages, even though we're in Medan for work. How can we stay in the room all the time? The lack of storage is very inconvenient. It's only available if we leave our bags or suitcases at check-out.

This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that doesn't accept luggage storage from customers staying there.
I ordered food via GrabFood. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff downstairs refused to accept the package. They said it had to be picked up by the person who ordered it, even though we were about to pray Maghrib. After discussing it with the online motorcycle taxi driver, he left it on a chair in the reception area and told us to pick it up after we finished praying. So, the food we ordered was left behind as if it were worthless, which disappointed the hotel staff.
If we were in a meeting and ordered food from outside, and arrived at the hotel while we were in a meeting elsewhere, we wouldn't know where the items were. It would be pointless to have a receptionist.
