The room is very cozy, I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly spent most of the time just chilling in the room lol. The view is also really good. The security guard was helpful. The rest of the staff were okay. I often lost my focus every time someone went up to the 2nd floor, the receptionist had to stand lol can't imagine how tiring that must be. The food was alright, nothing special but honestly not very varied. Yesterday my breakfast was always delivered to my room. Really loved the location, close to GI PI Thamrin City, I slipped and arrived there. There are also many street food stalls nearby, if you want to find something to eat, just go out.

The room is nice, clean, with complete amenities, and the a la carte breakfast is delicious. It's close to Thamrin City shopping center, less than a 5-minute walk. It's also close to the Hotel Indonesia roundabout.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the security. The room was quite comfortable, they provide smart TV. There’s a problem with the water heater, but the staff fixed it with a fast response. They even offered me to move to another room if it’s still broken, but they need to improve the cleanliness. In the toilet, I still can find dirty spots and hair from the previous guest, and the towel, it would be better if you can give a good one which could absorb the water very well. The rest is all good, the staff and the location are all great.

All the employees are friendly minus the breakfast being delivered... but it's not a problem for me because I don't like having breakfast at hotels and there are lots of culinary options there, just a step away from the hotel.

Very close to the mall, friendly staff, for the room we occupied on the 9th floor, don't expect to be able to sleep, the sound of water in the pipes thundering every 5 minutes so it was very uncomfortable making us sleep less, food is limited and there is no variety, the room price is very expensive when compared to the hotel facilities around, 🙏
