4 nights at this hotel was really enjoyable, the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The lobby was also beautiful, all toiletries were available, the elevator was cool. We booked here because it's centrally located and we were only stopping by for a layover. However, the room was a bit dirty. It was a bit dusty. The bed sheets and pillows were yellow with traces of something. Even the doormat was blackened. Upon entering the room, the smell wasn't fresh. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Disappointing service, I booked 2 nights, but the next day the room wasn't cleaned. There was no information about the room cleaning deadline, even though it was said to be cleaned when we left, and they answered "okay, sis." My rights as a hotel guest feel neglected? 1. Towels not replaced 2. Trash not thrown away 3. Mineral water not provided 4. Room not cleaned when asked, the receptionist said they had informed housekeeping. Here I think it's like shifting the blame when it's their internal. The service is so bad that guest rights are neglected.

The tomboyish girl who was on duty liked to play pranks, had long hair, a grumpy face, and wasn't suited to working as a receptionist. She often got angry at customers, and her service was the worst among the other staff. I often stay here, but this time I won't be doing it again. Thanks.

Stayed one night, the review is the same as other users who have reviewed it, the bathroom smells really bad, the septic tank. The bathroom exhaust is on, but it still smells really bad. Maybe the hotel can provide air freshener for the bathroom. The cleanliness of the bed and room is good. However, the cupboard in front of the bathroom has some spots that haven't been cleaned. Thank you
