Despite the location of the Hotel, i think it could be better with the services, and the room cleanness. The water their provide is VERY DIRTY, the bottle cap is moldy. The bed is quite dirty also, covered with dust. The service is not quite good either, it took about 20 minutes just to dropped the hairdryer to our room. Prolly will go back to this hotel only because of the location, since is very near to the city and surroundings with many coffee shops & restaurants.

There was an event in Bandung, I got a deluxe room but the room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, the curtains were full of dust, there was no window filtration, the room did not have soundproofing, it was very noisy because the room faced the main road, it was very disturbing, there was an impromptu market in front of the hotel so cars were blocked from entering and exiting, please pay attention so the hotel rating can improve, thank you

The location of the hotel is great, can access to all areas. The hotel room need to do the deep clean, curtain is broken, washroom dirty. Reception is very helpful. Great ambiance surrounding and can go for a morning or evening walk.

The location is okay near to city center, I got the room with no window, you can hear the next door taking shower or flushing the toilet, wifi not working. It was room on the 1st floor. No bathroom mat available.

So far, everything is fine. The only thing that's lacking in variety is the food. The three buffet menus are unbalanced because they're all dry, making them unappetizing. The food also tastes a bit monotonous. Perhaps you could add more variety by adding stir-fried vegetables to make the meal more balanced.

The location is good. A bonus if you stay on the weekend is that there's a surprise market right in front of the hotel, so you can enjoy shopping and get breakfast outside if you don't like what the hotel provides. You can also exercise at Gasibu Field, which is only a few meters from the hotel. The room is clean, but the amenities are incomplete, as there's only one bar of soap and a toothbrush, and one slipper, even though the room is for two people. The breakfast selection is very limited, and the taste is just so-so in my opinion. The staff are all friendly, including the security guards.
