The ceiling of the room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the window is broken, at night there is no staff so you can't ask for help, only the security guard is on duty, but it's difficult to ask for help cleaning the bathroom which is really dirty. Even though the location is in the middle & close to everywhere.

1. The location is very strategic. I stayed here for two nights. The atmosphere was calm and cool, but upon entering the room and bathroom, there were used towels that hadn't been cleaned, and there were no towels provided. 2. The TV wouldn't turn on. 3. The corner room was a bit of a test of courage. The hallway lighting was dim, and it felt a bit creepy. Maybe it was just me. 4. Overall, the service and room improvements need to be improved to ensure guest satisfaction.

What I like: (1) Cheap, (2) Locations near the Salman and ITB Mosque (3) Clean Room (4) Very friendly service. What needs to be improved: (1) Part of bathroom shower broken (2) The bathroom needs to be cleaned (3) Sheets and pillowcases still have a bad odor

Friendly staff, poor cleanliness, furniture is starting to get old even though the location is very strategic, near Salman Mosque, near ITB, many canteens or food stalls. Hopefully there will be furniture renovation.

I stayed here because my child had to take the UTBK at the ITB building. It's very close, so we just walked from the hotel to the building. I had to ask first if there were towels or not before the officer gave them (maybe I missed them), but for toiletries, you really have to bring your own. The AC is cold, the old building is quite well-maintained, but the blankets and sheets (sorry) look shabby. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are many food stalls around the hotel for college students. There is a cafe and it's very close to the mosque. Because I got the price for only 200 thousand, this is quite good. Thanks.
