Staff are friendly, location is great. Rooster starts crowing at midnight. Awful. Room and bathroom are really really dirty. For more than IDR450k per night (weekend), it’s not worth it.

What I like about this hotel is its strategic location, in Dago, close to everything. The staff is also friendly. However, the toilets are a bit dirty. They don't provide toilet paper or toiletries, just hand soap and towels. The Wi-Fi also doesn't work. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future, as the location is very convenient.

The place is comfortable. I booked a deluxe room for my graduation ceremony. It was quite spacious and had plenty of tables, allowing me to organize my belongings neatly.

1. The location is very strategic. I stayed here for two nights. The atmosphere was calm and cool, but upon entering the room and bathroom, there were used towels that hadn't been cleaned, and there were no towels provided. 2. The TV wouldn't turn on. 3. The corner room was a bit of a test of courage. The hallway lighting was dim, and it felt a bit creepy. Maybe it was just me. 4. Overall, the service and room improvements need to be improved to ensure guest satisfaction.

Friendly staff, poor cleanliness, furniture is starting to get old even though the location is very strategic, near Salman Mosque, near ITB, many canteens or food stalls. Hopefully there will be furniture renovation.

Unfortunately there is no elevator. So if you bring a big and quite large traveling bag, it's quite a PR 😁

I stayed here because my child had to take the UTBK at the ITB building. It's very close, so we just walked from the hotel to the building. I had to ask first if there were towels or not before the officer gave them (maybe I missed them), but for toiletries, you really have to bring your own. The AC is cold, the old building is quite well-maintained, but the blankets and sheets (sorry) look shabby. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are many food stalls around the hotel for college students. There is a cafe and it's very close to the mosque. Because I got the price for only 200 thousand, this is quite good. Thanks.
