My stay at ibis Balikpapan from March 29 to April 3, 2025 was truly memorable. I stayed in a Standard room with 1 Double Bed and was satisfied with the facilities offered. One of the things I admire the most is the location of this hotel. Strategically located with a close distance to the city center, making it easy for me to access various interesting places and needs while in Balikpapan. In addition, the environment around the hotel also feels comfortable and conducive. Access to and from the hotel is also very good, making my trip smoother. In terms of service and facilities, ibis Balikpapan also did not disappoint. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. This hotel is also very family-friendly, making it suitable for those of you who are traveling with family members. The availability of good Wifi is also very helpful in staying connected. Staying for 2 days was very pleasant, all the hotel staff were friendly and served well, the variety in terms of breakfast menu was very good, the cleanliness was very satisfactory, but the noise level was very poor, the noise from outside the room and next to the room was very clear so it was a little disturbing while resting.
