Nice place, great window view and great swimming pool for children. Recepsionist was very helpful, especially for offering the connecting rooms.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Stayed here for 8 days, the staffs are very nice and they always ask when would I like my room to be cleaned. Breakfast were great, quite variative and my favorite was the omelette & wedang sereh. This hotel has always been my first choice whenever I have business in Malang, and I will definitely stay here for my upcoming trip to Malang. Thank you, Ibis Styles Malang๐

The doors of both bathroom and toilet couldn't be closed tightly. There was still a silly gap that anyone outside could easily see what's inside. Maybe the hotel thought it was design or something unique. But who want to see somebody poop? Plus the bad smell easily fill the bedroom. I think the hotel should fix it soon.

The check-in service was very fast and I was able to enter before 14.00. Clean rooms, good breakfast menu, only less varied, 3 days the menu is the same. Just enter the room is not soundproof, the neighbors on the left and right of the voice disturb our rest, the sound of children screaming is very disturbing. Btw thanks Ibis Style, nice stay ๐

Comfortable rooms, smooth warm water, friendly and very helpful hotel staff, friendly security, free valley parking, very memorable first impressions, family rest comfortably, Malang city view is beautiful, happy to be back at this hotel. Keep up this good performance.

The facilities are complete for the room and clean, the breakfast is very varied and all delicious, easy to reach because it is near the toll gate.
