The campsite showed signs of neglect, which really took away from the experience. It seemed like the grounds hadn't been properly taken care of, making it feel run down. There was tall grass everywhere. This lack of upkeep made the place feel like it was going downhill. I wouldn't recommend visiting.

The hotel is empty. It's uninhabitable and has already closed. Traveloka should close this hotel to prevent other victims like me. I also ask Traveloka to assist with the refund process.

It's no longer suitable, and Traveloka canceled the stay without offering a refund. Even though the place is clearly neglected, I waited for 2 hours at the hotel and there was no staff present.

There's a lot of damage and a lot of repairs needed. The comfort is lacking. The staff isn't ready on site. The view is nice.

It was absolutely the worst place I've ever been to, if it wasn't for the fact that it was so late at night I wouldn't have stayed there.

The glass room is quite okay, but the tent room has a very strong plastic smell. The bathroom is not proper. The toilet hose leaks and the bathroom is flooded. If only the bathroom and room were kept clean, it would be comfortable. There are many ants in the room.

The view is okay. But for the others it is not as expected. Shared bathroom, dirty and smelly room, lots of cockroaches, glamping is not maintained, and also for breakfast there is no drinking water only fried rice is given. The lighting is very minimal. Hopefully it can be improved so that the rating can be high 👍 for the view it is really okay. It's just that the others are very lacking. Hopefully it will be better so I can recommend it to my other friends.

The bathroom is very smelly, there is no water even for defecating there is no water available The parking area and the area around the room are very bushy with unkempt grass

The room smells really bad. Especially since we brought a baby. When we got there, we ended up not staying there and accepted it without a refund. There were no facilities that could be provided for the family there.

The glamping looks like it's not well maintained and is starting to fall apart. The food is quite good, but the food that people have eaten in is not cleaned up immediately and is very messy. There is no soap in the toilet, and the toilet at the end has very little water.

When we arrived at our destination there was no room, what kind of service is this?

The staff is not informative and the cleanliness is lacking.

Actually, it is not recommended to stay here, there are a lot of flies, the wifi has no signal, the network is difficult, the staff is not very friendly, they don't make small talk with the guests, they don't ask what you want for breakfast, I regret choosing this place.

Biasanya klu udah book pihak penyedia info kan ya kayak basabasi tentang tempatnya ini enggak samsek. Terus pas sampai sana mapsnya tidak sesuai titik tapi di tempat lain akhirnya kita telpon yang tersedia di kontak di app kan ya, jawabnya lumayan jutek. Apa karena sampai sana malam, tapi karena nyasar. Akhirnya setelah di kasih titik yang salah pagi dan nyasar lagi, kita sampai juga di sana. Sampai parkiran kita binggung mna tempatnya ternyata naik tangga dulu yang gelap kurang pencahayaan + tangganya tinggi, untuk orang yang punya cedera kaki pernah operasi gak gue rekom soalnya gue juga ada cedera di lutut. Pas naik sepi sekali g ada orang kayak yang jaga atau yang sambut petugasnya setidaknya. Gue pikir kan udah book dan telpon tadi bakal sampai. Ternyata enggak, sampai gue harus telpon lagi tanya reservasinya di mana. Trus di jawab tunggu aja nanti ke situ. Gue tunggu dong trus ada yang jaga atau petugasnya atau sp lah mas-mas. Cuma di tanya udah book. Udah trus gue mau lihatin e ticket di hp, masnya udah bilang ya udah langsung aja. Kita benggong dong langsung gimna? Cuma di bilang tenda mana aja bisa kecuali yang isi. Kita tanya yang isi yang mana di jwab no2. Kita g paham kan karena g ada nomor di tendanya dan mayan gelap. Trus akhirnya kita ngeh klu dari pojok nomor 1. Setelah itu kita mulai masuk camp. Kita pikir bakal di bantu apa gimna. Ternyata enggak langsung masuk ke dalam. Setelah itu karena kita lapar akhirnya masakan untung bawa kompor sendiri. Pas lagi enak-enaknya masak tercium bau gak enak sama sekali. Ternyata ada kotoran kucing di sana gak etis banget katanya tempat makan tp bau banget. Trus banyak lalatnya sumpah mana gede-gede lalatnya ada lalah hijau juga. Akhirnya cepet-cepet kita masuk tenda apa room itu sebutannya. Kita masuk sana prepare tidur. Gue kagetnya bisanya setidaknya kayak ada keset kaki, handuk dan sebagainya. Itu gak ada, padahal dari rumah mau bawa handuk kepikiran ada gak ya, selama ini klu nginep pasti ada ini g ada? Di foto ada sandal kamarnya g ada juga. Trus kejutannya sepreinya banyak lalat mati, kotor kaya g pernah di bersihin dan jamurnya kelihatan banget, ini untung gue bawa selimut sendiri biar g pakek dan bantal gue bawa sendiri. Akhirnya kita tidur nih sampai pagi jam stngh 5/6. Kita awalnya mau nikmatin suntise kan ya + view danaunya. Ternyata ketutup tenda proyek 🙄. Terus kita balik kamar lagi karena masih bau tidak sedap. Akhirnya kita bangun lagi pas jam 8 waktu sarapan. Kita nunggu bakal di anterkan ya sarapannya atau setidaknya di kasih info. Ini diem aja ya ampun. Sampai salah satu temen gue tanya ada sarapannya gak. Ada kok berapa kamar? Mbaknya tanya gue kaget dong kan udah reservasi + semalam info klu 2 kamar. Trus akhirnya menjelaskan kembali yang seharusnya g usah di jelaskan dan bahasanya jutek banget. Akhirnya ya sudah kita masak-masak lagi karena menunya nasi goreng yang telurnya 1 di bagi 4 🤭. Karena mls ya udah kita makan aja. Dan pas lagi masak-masak lalatnya kembali mengrombol dan bikin gak nyaman banget makan di higapi lalat nasi gorengnya juga g ada tutup di hinggapi lalat banyak banget. Trus kita bikin mie aja. Setelah itu kita mandi, dan gue kira ada lah setidaknya di dalam ada sabun mandi. Ini g ada cuma sabun cuci tangan. Di bilang ada air panas gak ada sama sekali. Boro-Boro sabun mandi sikat gigi pun g ada wkwkwk untung karena kita hobby jalan-jalan pas punya perlengkapan khusus taruh di mobil jadi kita ga mempermasalahkannya. Dan endingnya pas kita mau check out. Kita pikir ada yang jaga setidaknya bilang terima kasih atau selamat jalan. Ini gak ada 😂 kita kayak orang ilang tau, kayak orang g pnya sopan santun keluar masuk tempat orang yang kosong gitu cuma ya akhirnya kita cepet-cepet check out karena gak betah sama bau peninggalan kucing tadi plus banyak lalat. Sekian mungkin bisa beberapa hal bisa diperbaiki biar makin rame kan enak sebenernya tempatnya. Cuma ya itu. 🙏🏻

Not recommended, ga ada air (air kamar mandi, wastafel semua mati) kalo pagi banyak lalat yang masuk di area kamar, resletingnya juga ada yang rusak. View elit, air sulit.
