Friendly staffs, affordable price, and the provide shuttle from and to the Jakarta International Airport, Soekarno Hatta in Banten. So after you booked, please call the hotel to arrange pick up at the airport. However, the hotel is quite old. I would say that the management need to improve the cleanliness and better amenities.

Very satisfied staying at J Hotel Soekarno Hatta, starting from the airport shuttle service, friendly receptionist and security, clean room facilities to the food, everything is really good. 3 star hotel with 5 star quality.

Less satisfied. Unsatisfactory service. Road access is damaged. Hopefully improvements are made to improve the facilities and facilities provided. It's really sad because it hasn't been like that since the pandemic and since then a lot has changed. Hopefully it can be better and not lose to other competitors.

Unlike in the picture, guys, there are no closed windows, it's dark and scary. The cost of this is genuine.

There is still a lot to improve. Both from service, staff and others. But according to the price of a budget hotel, it will be very different from a five-star hotel. Only the promotion is too much. Hopefully the next one will be better. Thanks.
