The place is worth the price, if you want to stay here, try to bring soap to mop the room to make it smell good. The location is quite difficult to find on Grab because the meeting point is not on Grab.

Not recommended. 200 thousand is better for a red door/ 0 Y0. This is 100% a rented boarding house. Not worth it. 1. No hot water 2. The AC is not clear, facing the wall 3. No TV 4. Stuffy & cramped 5. No guard on standby, the owner is slow to respond. The check-in process is difficult 6. Entering the alley to the place past the graveyard

In the application there is no notification that couples who visit must show a marriage certificate. I already have a roommate, when I chatted with the homestay guard, he said that if you are a couple you must show a marriage certificate. I can't show the marriage certificate and then it just expires. Yeah, people take their marriage certificates everywhere, it's really weird..!!! You ate my money, I hope your hotel goes bankrupt Aamiin 🤲.

the place is a bit in an alley, but it's ok to stay overnight

Very nice and comfortable room😍 The boarding house keeper is friendly, the room is clean and smells good. Towels, mineral water (2 vit glasses) and 1 thin blanket are provided. The location is in a small alley (approximately one motorbike can pass it) but not too far from the main road. Oh yes, we can check in at any time as long as we tell the owner and boarding house guard. Overall, I was very happy to stay at this boarding house for 3 days 2 nights🤗

Clean, tidy rooms, decent AC, top service.

Impromptu booking half an hour before check-in due to flight delay victims in Halim, brought a large suitcase to JJ Homestay. I felt really relieved, the admin was really kind, helped with carrying the suitcases, was very friendly, and was really helpful, it felt like the students were being looked after by their boarding father. The rooms are neat, clean and have toiletries too. While sleeping, you are comfortable and sound. It seems that if you work in the area, it's better to rent monthly at JJ Homestay! It really makes you feel at home!

Interior oke, dengan harga per malam yang murah. Semua serba bersih, hanya memang tidak ada tv aja. Yang lain-lain oke.

This is a daily boarding room. The rooms are quite clean, the guards are also friendly. But it turns out that access is a bit difficult if you go by car. So it's a bit complicated if you carry a lot of things. But if you're making transit without a lot of stuff, that's fine.

The location was hard to find, when I arrived at the location, strangely my order wasn't there, they said the guard didn't have my booking, even though in the application I had already paid and could have checked in, because the owner of this boarding house didn't inform the guard, so the guard didn't let me in. Even though I had seen my transaction on the application, I was too lazy to argue, so at 11 that night I looked for another hotel.

Stayed at this homestay for work purposes, the room was boarding house size, there was no TV, the AC worked well, the sheets and pillowcases were clean, the motorbike parking was safe because there was a gate, cars couldn't enter, because they went into the alley.

Comfortable, complete, clean and quiet homestay. Even though the place is a bit tucked into an alley, it's not too far. Oh yeah, and there's wifi here, even though I haven't tried it yet. A little suggestion that you can add hangers (3 pieces), at least, the air conditioner can be repaired to make it cooler (maybe the AC is cold in other rooms), and add a deep clothesline to hang the towels used after bathing.

Cannot be passed by car. If you are looking for cheap prices, this may be an option.

The position is still sick, looking for lodging for a night's rest, but it's like making it difficult to enter. Just throw up, it looks like a boarding house. The service is not friendly, it should have said from the start that sharia needed a marriage card, so it was prepared from the start. Luckily there was a photo of the family card after some searching. For that price there is no TV, if you don't really have to, don't go there. For cleanliness it's pretty clean.
