I don't know how many times I've been to this hotel, and I keep coming back because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping is also fast. I had trouble with the hairdryer, but Gece immediately found a replacement. The latest information this September is that the outdoor playground is still not finished being renovated, but the garden is said to be ready.

Comfortable accommodation for families I went to JSI because I wanted to go glamping but didn't want to go far, but it turned out the facilities were very complete. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable, cool in the morning, and the glamping area has a portable AC fan. Food: The breakfast has a wide selection and is all delicious, I want more. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and respond very quickly to chats when needed. Highlights: The glamping area is loved by both children and adults. Price: The price is affordable and easy on the budget. Location: The location is very strategic and there's no traffic jam because it's right after Starbucks in Ciawi.

I've stayed at JSI 4 times, the 3rd and 4th experiences are enough to stay here. Please improve JSI with a price rate like this, the facilities should be better. Room 5 b, the toilet is difficult to close, the pool toilet is also difficult to close. When I wanted to check out, the water in the toilet turned off. Especially on the 4th experience, the food was very bland, different from previous visits.

Very happy to JSI, ordered a riverside tent room and was given a free upgrade to a Rubicon villa room. The room is 2 stories, clean, comfortable. TV, AC, heater, refrigerator, coffee machine all work well. There is a mini zoo, deer, geese, ducks, turtles, fish, peacocks, ostriches. The swimming pool is for adults and children. The food is delicious, but there are not many choices (over 5 years old pay 100k). The location is easy to reach, there are many directions to JSI Resort along the way. All the staff we met from security, receptionists to gardeners were all friendly and smiling. Thank you JSI.

Everything was OK, but the outdoor trash can was still dirty, there was still trash left undisposed, the pool toilets were dirty, there were lots of tissues on the floor, and the toilets were dirty. The Wi-Fi in the rooms wouldn't connect.
