Accommodation with serene views of Lake Toba - suitable for healing and taking photos. The rooms are big and clean, high ceilings, high beds, there are fans. There is a shower with hot water & a high sink. For toilet needs, you should bring your own soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste because only rolled tissue is provided in the toilet. For those who like quiet, you need to bring earplugs because you can hear noise from the next room as well as vehicles passing on the road in front of the inn.

The best cottages in Samosir. Those who are on vacation in Samosir, have to stay here anyway. The view is the best, the service and friendliness of the employees is extraordinary. I have to come back to stay here if I go to Samosir again.

Satisfactory hotel, still new, very spacious rooms. Bathroom, bed clean. Even though you don't use AC, the air in Samosir is quite cold and fresh. The rental price is very worth it for the location in Samosir. Thank you

Our family is very grateful to be able to stay at Juma Cottage. The reasons: 1. Since arriving at Juma Cottage, the welcome is very friendly. 2. The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is also very comfortable. 3. Hot water for bathing is always available, including towels & other toiletries. 4. The food is also very good. 5. The garden in front of the room is also very beautiful, and right on the edge of Lake Toba. 6. For laundry clothes are also available and affordable prices. 7. The cottage manager also provides speed boat rentals. But I have to be honest, there are still facilities that need to be added, such as: 1. Television in every room. 2. Fishing tools. 3. A solution so that children can swim in Lake Toba which is exactly behind the cottage. If God allows, my family and I still want to return to this Juma Cottage. Amen.

(-) the receptionist is impolite; too strict about the number of guests in the room; can & apos; t have breakfast even though the price is high; no air circulation in the room (no gauze in the vent); not keeping the hotel's good name -> receptionist debates in front of guests rudely.

Thank you very much sir. Next time we'll be more polite. But we still apply the hotel rules in the booking policy. For example, there is a double Delux for 2 adults, if more extrabed will be charged and breakfast outside the room price. We think the information is in the booking policy which can be read before booking. Did you mention we argued roughly with guests? How rough, sir? Do you want to know the story? The guest booked 2 quadraple rooms for 8 people. But 30 people came. And we cannot allocate guests. Because it is not in accordance with the bookings. All went well they looked for another hotel and Traveloka had returned the funds. If you need information, we have WA. So sir. Warm greetings and have a nice day. thanks.
