A hotel with a complete package... friendly staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms, good facilities, breakfast with a taste that does not disappoint, and most pleasantly, just a few steps to the mall so no hassle finding food and snacks. Strategic location, clean building, and aesthetic design. Best of all, exit the lobby directly to Jatinegara Mall. Laundry is free and self-service. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the AC is noisy. Perhaps engineering should perform preventative maintenance and HK when cleaning rooms, paying attention to which rooms have noisy ACs.

Stayed for 5 days on business. Thankfully, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the room was spacious. The hotel's proximity to the mall was very helpful, especially during our stay, when there was a Minangkabau Food and Arts Festival. One suggestion: the breakfast menu could be expanded. Overall, it's okay, highly recommended.

Sorry, I just arrived, but the toilet hasn't been cleaned. The pee-stained seat is visible as shown in the photo. I haven't tried breakfast yet, but it lacks variety as it's not a buffet, just a la carte. Receptionist service is okay. It's in the same building as the mall.

The facilities and staff are 5 stars. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The room facilities are complete, starting from a hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, and it's very clean!! The service is also top notch!! Thank you to Kak Ryan and Kak Mahesa who are super friendly and very kind to give us a room upgrade at no additional cost!! The room price is also very affordable!!
