So dirty, not lagging in terms of this, the service is lacking, towels must be requested, the employees are lazy, the rooms are dirty, the sweep looks just too. Taik cats are scattered everywhere. The employees are not friendly enough to frown. Change it already rather than earning worse.

The key that was used using the manual key at that time we were not informed that the key had to be carried on. Now the goods had entered and the door closed itself and the key in the end we wanted to be fined given the worse facilities, Wait tomorrow to break the door due to their spare also nothing. Use it again.

This hotel is a hotel with very affordable prices, a very strategic location, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and fragrant. Likewise the bathroom. But it is very unfortunate because it is not managed properly. The service is very unprofessional and unfriendly, the hotel corridor is left dirty and full of spiderwebs. Garbage is stacked in front of the elevator and it is dissipated by cats. Guests (who came in the group) at that time were not given reprimand and left noisy until early morning so that other guests were disturbed. Hopefully the manager can improve to get better.

the receptionist is not always there ... hard to find ... even when checking out it will be too long ... for the rooms it is actually nice clean and pretty comfortable recommend for families ...

I was one of the visitors who was very disadvantaged. Even though I made a payment at 8 o'clock in the morning, because of bad weather, I was transferred to branch family room number 41 and got the top room, narrow not in accordance with the payment and advertising in the application. Very disappointing for me and very disadvantaged. Plus the water dies while bathing.
