It was a very bad experience to stay at this place. Dirty room, broken shower, can't lock the bathroom door. I even can't change the room with all the complain above. And decided to check out at the first night. Shame on your services.

The service is okay, it's just very unfortunate electricity was rationed using Toba. So if the electricity goes out before check-out time, yes there is no electricity at all. Electricity is rationed only once for each room rental. for other services okay. Hot water works well. okay room. AC works well. The bathroom is okay too.

Sorry, it seems like there has to be a lot of repair from the service, right at the beginning of the room the room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom is not clean, the toilet is broken too, there is cigarette ash in the drawer, the cupboard is also less clean, as well as there are stains, the air conditioner is also noisy , And the room is also not soundproof because it is very noisy. The bathroom is unclean, the room is racking with smell of cigarettes, the ceiling is dirty, the pool is dirty, went to borrow some spoon, and the stuff told us to get one from the "not so clean" kitchen, blood spot on bedsheet, TV signal is bad, the toilet can't stop leaking water, there's no lock for the door to the (joined) balcony. Booked for 3 nights but can barely handle 1 night here and went to find another hotel. Overall super unsatisfied with the stay, and the doesn't match the picture shown here

This is the worst place that I have ever come to, the air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom smells plus everything is broken, the electricity is told to fill itself up like a boarding child, this is * nj * ng the hotel please the application closes so that the hotel is no longer in the application.
