Loved this B&B. Room price was very good for what I got. Location was good - right at the busy intersection before the congested roads to downtown Ubud. The Kura Kura bus stop is right outside in front of the Sisi Bag shop. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that the staffs prepare for you personally every morning at a pre-arranged time. Scooter rental at Rs 70,000 a day is also a good value. Clean rooms with good AC. Hot water was not consistent, but in Bali you don't really need it. Balinese staffs were very friendly, as with most Balinese people. The only downside is that if you're a light sleeper, the roosters crowing in the early morning may wake you at 4AM.

Really good hotel. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Friendly staff and really top breakfast! our honeymoon was memorable! next time when to Ubud, we will come back here again. Really like, the same calm atmosphere.

One time it was raining heavily so we decided to stay in the room longer. Then we leave around 3pm (still raining hard) and when we come back around 7pm, the room wasn't clean. We asked them to clean it and they say it already passed the cleaning time. I mean they do nothing at that time and do not want to clean our room? Also the other days they knock on our door impolitely until I need to scream to stop knocking.

Very satisfied even though 1 day, according to pict, spacious rooms, there is a balcony, good breakfast, especially banana pancakes love really does not make good, friendly staff want to help bring goods to the room, the main recommended really affordable prices and close to the center of Ubud. For those who want to stay overnight in Ubud, you must go to Ubud Kencana and guarantee that you will not regret it

Access from the indomart side alley, located at the end of the alley. So far okay, the AC is cold and the breakfast is champion! With cheap prices with a complete breakfast. The lack of water and toilet water that had clogged.

The staff was very nice and polite and they are so fast to whatever you need. But the room was very very very dirty. I got a rate of 390 rb to stay at this place, with the quality of a room like that it felt inappropriate. Where a lot of cheaper budget hotels with cleanliness are very much considered. I also wonder why the hotel rating is very good, but the quality of reality is not that good. I hope this hotel can make improvement for their cleanliness.

The price includes a bargain for a nice facility, clean rooms, there is warm water for showers, swimming pool. and I love it because the room has a balcony. location not far from center of ubud. just go inside and sempet not find the way. but so far love the same atmosphere. next time if to ubud again i stay at Kencana Ubud Cottage again.
