One time it was raining heavily so we decided to stay in the room longer. Then we leave around 3pm (still raining hard) and when we come back around 7pm, the room wasn't clean. We asked them to clean it and they say it already passed the cleaning time. I mean they do nothing at that time and do not want to clean our room? Also the other days they knock on our door impolitely until I need to scream to stop knocking.

The staff was very nice and polite and they are so fast to whatever you need. But the room was very very very dirty. I got a rate of 390 rb to stay at this place, with the quality of a room like that it felt inappropriate. Where a lot of cheaper budget hotels with cleanliness are very much considered.
