I can't say enough good about this hotel. Everything about it was so respectful, clean and safe. The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were always superior in helping, very friendly and willing. I will always recommend this property!

I only spent two nights at this hotel, but almost immediately felt like I was welcomed as part of a family. From check in to check out, I was pleased with every aspect. Mawar (Rose) was so kind and helpful, from the first glass of wine I ordered to the last breakfast I ate there. She definitely made me feel special and took such good care of the small details while I was at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The pool area was very comfortable. The dining and drink options were nice. And the location is good for getting to the airport and exploring the city.

The hotel is excellent in its class.
The service from every staff member is also excellent.
The receptionist, concierge, and housekeeper are all top-notch.
The housekeeper, in particular, is very beautiful. When I stayed in room 1102, I was surprised the next morning when I opened the door to find a beautiful and sweet housekeeper with a very friendly smile.

The staff is very helpful, the room is clean, but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, so if the door is closed after showering, the water takes a long time to dry.

I am happy to stay at the Kimaya Slipi hotel, complete facilities, clean, comfortable, friendly receptionists, delicious food, affordable prices, 20 minutes to Soekarno Hatta airport, just chose the wrong room yesterday, a smoking area which should be non-smoking, so at night when I wanted to sleep I inhaled the smell of cigarettes in the room so that it almost made me short of breath, hopefully in the future if I stay I must choose a non-smoking room because I am not a smoker, the Kimaya Slipi hotel is recommended for staying with family.

I read the reviews and it seemed really wow, but after staying there it was just so-so. The toilet was clogged with standing water, the toilet exhaust didn't work properly so the smell was a bit unpleasant.
